Numbers 13:17-35
Seek and Find
Verse 1
Part the clouds over my soul
And let the light pour in
I need to see it breaking through
I want to feel it on my skin
I'm like a flower to the sun
Where do I turn until You come?
You are the light, I need the light

Verse 2
You are the well that won't run dry
You are the river underground
I'm gonna dig until I find
The living water deeper down
Oh I am desperate for a drink
I'm in the desert, You're the spring
You are the life, Keep me alive

Chorus
I'm putting all my hope in You alone
And when I cannot see,
I will keep pressing on
Still willing to bet my life
That whoever seeks will find You
I'm gonna seek and find You

Verse 3
I lose the shoreline as I drift
Down in the bottom of the swell
Forget the daylight as I sit
Here in the belly of the whale
But then You pull me from the deep
I feel the earth beneath my feet
I still believe, Help me believe

Chorus x2

Bridge
I'm gonna see it
I'm gonna see it
I'm gonna wake up
In the land of the living
Praise My Soul The King of Heaven
Verse 1
Praise, my soul, the King of heaven; to his feet your tribute bring.
Ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven, evermore his praises sing.
Alleluia, alleluia
Praise the everlasting King
Alleluia, alleluia

Verse 2
Praise him for his grace and favor, to his people in distress.
Praise him, still the same as ever, slow to chide, and swift to bless.
Alleluia, alleluia
Glorious in his faithfulness
Alleluia, alleluia

Chorus
Jesus, my life, Jesus, my strength
Jesus, my love, All to you, all to you, Jesus

Fatherlike he tends and spares us; well our feeble frame he knows.
In his hand he gently bears us, rescues us from all our foes.
Alleluia, alleluia
Widely yet his mercy flows
Alleluia, alleluia

Chorus
Wood and Nails
O humble carpenter, down on Your hands and knees
Look on Your handiwork and build a house
so You may dwell in me
So You may dwell in me

The work was done with nothing but
Wood and nails in your scar-born hands
O show me how to work and praise
Trusting that I am Your instrument

O loving laborer with the sweat upon your face
O, build a table that I too may join You
in the Father's place
O, in the Father's place

The work was done with nothing but
Wood and nails in your scar-born hands
O show me how to work and praise
Trusting that I am your instrument

The kingdom's come and built upon
Wood and nails gripped with joyfulness
So send me out, within Your ways
Knowing that the task is finished

The dead will rise and give You praise
Wood and nails will not hold them down
These wooden tombs, we'll break them soon
And fashion them into flower beds
The curse is done, the battle won
Swords bent down into plowshares
Your scar-born hands, we'll join with them
Serving at the table You've prepared
 Confession of Sin
Gracious and compassionate Father
Slow to anger and rich in love,
We confess that we have sinned against you,
Both by what we have inflicted and what we have neglected.

Our sins are more than we can bear,
and we cannot hide our brokenness from you.
As we come in humility,
Show us the path of repentance.

Lord you are faithful and just to forgive us,
For your name’s sake be merciful to us.
By the blood of your Son Jesus
Wash us and make us clean.
By the power of your Holy Spirit transform us
And make us new.

For the sake of your Kingdom, Amen.
 Beatitude
Verse 1
Blessed are the poor in spirit,
For we know we need You
Blessed are the poor in spirit,
For we know we need You

Chorus
I loosen the grip, Where I've held on too tight
I lay down my riches,   up my rights
I won't beholding on, I'm letting go

Verse 2
Blessed are the hungry children,
For we'll be satisfied
Blessed are the hungry children,
For we'll be satisfied

Chorus
I won't spend my gold, On bread that won't fill
I look to the heavens, Knowing only You will
Jesus I'm hungry, Come satisfy me
Jesus I'm hungry, Come satisfy me

Verse 3
Blessed are the pure in heart,
For we will see God
Blessed are the pure in heart,
For we will see God
Carry Us
Verse 1
Father, be near to us
In our great hour of loss
Grieved and shocked,
torn and tossed
Father, be near to us

Verse 2
Spirit, we need you here
Sit with us in despair
Groans and tears,
feeble prayers
Spirit, we need you here

Chorus
Carry us, comfort us
Hold us through this hour

Verse 3
Jesus of sorrows deep
Brother to those who weep
Son of love who bled for us
Jesus of sorrows deep

Chorus x 2
Collect Fourth Week of Lent
Gracious Father, whose blessed Son Jesus Christ came down from heaven
to be the true bread which gives life to the world:
Evermore give us this bread, that he may live in us, and we in him;
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,  one God,
now and for ever.
Amen.
