We confess, Father, just as it is written
that you have distributed freely,
you have given to the poor, and your righteousness
endures forever.

You have given us freedom and salvation in Jesus.
You have given wisdom and power in the Spirit.

All that we have has come from you,
and by your grace may you continue to enrich us in every way
that we might be generous in every way,
giving you thanks that others might see and know
the Love of Christ within us and the glorious mystery of the Gospel.
