Ash Wednesday Worship Night 2017

We invite you tonight to come and worship with us as we have a special night in observance of Ash Wednesday and the beginning of the Lenten Season. 

We will gather tonight at 6:30p for a night prayer, singing, reading, and confession before the Lord. Ash Wednesday is historically a day of confession and repentance to prepare the hearts and minds of the people of God as we enter into this season preparation for Easter celebrations. 

Ash represents the mortality of humanity and the need for forgiveness. So, we hope that you can come and be a part of worship this evening. We are reminded that it is from Dust which we came and it is to Dust that we will return apart from the gracious kindness of God himself and the gift of eternal life he has extended to us through his son Jesus Christ.
