Opening Date for the Battery

We have a big update. It's an announcement written in pencil, but an official announcement none the less. We as a community plan to re-open the Battery on Sunday mornings for corporate worship beginning Sunday, July 5th! There are details to fine-tune and we will have more information coming but, we wanted all of you to know. A few details we do want to communicate upfront. 

• There will be a limit on how many people we can have. The exact number is TBD.

  • (we will use a sign-up system to reserve spots)

• Mask will be required, we will have some available here for you if that is needed.

• Temperatures will be taken upon entering, and we ask that even without running a temp that you would stay home if you have been feeling unwell at all. 

• Chairs will be safely distanced from one another.  

• There will be no coffee and there will be no childcare.

• Communion will be placed in each seat in an individual pre-packaged container. 

• Doors will be propped open, and water fountains will not be available. 

If you do not feel comfortable attending or are unable, the online option will remain available and we do not want anyone to feel the pressure to come. It is more than okay to sit it out if being in public spaces is still a concern for you. For those of you that can't make it we are trying to find ways to allow that community to gather throughout the summer in safe and pre-cautious fashion.
