Resurrection Sunday & Sunrise Service Lyrics
It is Holy Saturday, and we pray that you are aware of what God is doing when all seems lost.
As we said last night, it is the in between that we live in, and we know the glorious celebration that awaits us, tomorrow and on the other side of eternity al the more, but we also know many days of our lives are one long road when we are not sure if we will ever make it. We live in a life of long obedience in the same direction, Holy Saturday feels as such. We ask as children, “are we there yet?”
Embrace that feeling, let the sense of needing to do or be something but not quite knowing what have some awareness. Think of what this day means to the world and to a very understanding of time and space. Christ buried and descending to Hell.
And tomorrow, we gather to rejoice!
